I've never used Dr Mattingly because he is out of network for us BUT he is my 89 yr old aunts dentist & he is AMAZING!

Again, Mattingly.:) I'm a neurotic mess when it comes to the dentist and he nothing short of a saint with the patience he has to endure while having me in his chair. The whole staff is wonderful. (I have also seen Dr. Burke in CP and he was wonderful as well).

She can't have HIP if she's 2 years old. She would be under Hoosier health wise if she's only 2 and she would have another provider like anthem mdwise or Mhs.

Dr Halum in Highland does the laser with sealant. Their office is very gentle, my kids do great there.

Be careful where u take your kids and I highly recommend NOT going to a corporate office such as Kool smiles or any other "chain" please do your research and look at places with multiple reviews

Hands down Dr Mark Van Buskirk in CP. Never feel his shots. In his office Helen is the best dental hygienist.

Dr Pulver does a great job and does all the work himself. He called me back quickly when I called him and always took his time to make sure he answered all of my questions. Also when I was overcharged after what my insurance paid I always had a check that same week. I have had to fight others dentists for months to get reimbursed.

Dr. Pulver is the only one who has ever worked on my mouth. He's always done a fantastic job. Went regularly as a child then after years of not going went back and had to get 6 fillings. It's been a few years again but he's doing a pretty extensive plan of care on my husband right now (he had a root canal the other day) and we're still satisfied.

Dr.Kouri gets my money. Honest, does the best for you, now and your future. Refers when necessary unlike my past dentists. Has staff that's been there for ever. Respectable dentist! 696-2100

Dr Pulver is great. I had a problem and got me in the same day. His prices are fair. Has a very friendly office staff. Also if you are going to have a lot of work done his financial person goes over everything down to the penny!

Northshore...GREAT dentists that work on a sliding scale according to income. On 61 st in Merrillville. That's where I go and I don't have insurance either.

Dr. Martell in cedar lake on 41. Works with you on payment (prices are very fair to begin with) and they all have excellent bedside manner. Very kind to the high anxiety patients, like myself.

Dr. Mattingly is a great dentist.staff is great as well.

If you have severe anxiety, I would go to mattingly. He is very good with that. Also, if the extractions need to be done at an oral surgeon, he refers to Dr Pulver in Highland (no relation to the one in town) who is wonderful about anxiety too.

I went to Dr. Martell he's in cedar lake on 41. Not sure about your insurance but you can call and find out. He made some daunting procedures pretty quick and painless.

You can search for doctors and dentists on anthem.com just make sure you select your insurance plan.

Dr Pulver right in the middle of Lowell. They will set you up with a Care Credit card to pay for the work. It's great, works even with bad credit, and is 0% interest for 6, 12, or 18 months. I've had my entire mouth fixed thanks to that card and that dentist.

I'm not sure if they have payment plans, but South Shore Family Dentistry is very capable and affordable. Please steer clear of dental mills (chains like Aspen). There main purpose is to sell expensive dental treatments that keep a patient coming back and paying large fees for sometimes unnecessary treatment. Hi there - I can tell you about the best dentist in the area. It is Silver Lake Dental over the line in Wilmington. Dr. Andre is the dentist. They are awesome. The front desk is great handling insurance and payments. Never any pain or problems. My daughter HATED going to the dentist when she was little. We went to Silver Lake...and she actually liked going. I am not related to them and I do not work there. They are just the best.
