I think that most dentists give the uninsured patients the opportunity to apply for Care Credit to help pay for their procedures. As far as payment plans per se, you just have to talk to their office manager about it.

We don't have dental insurance. While I've never asked about payments, I find Dr. White's cost very reasonable.

Same here - I've always paid out of pocket at Dr. White's office and found it more affordable than what my dental insurance premiums would be.
