Does anyone have a cleaning lady/service that cleans grout? Personal experience only!

I "cleaned" mine w polyblend last year and it was a miracle worker. It's not grout but it's a filler that sort of repaints it back to the color you want it to be. You put it on with a toothbrush and wipe off excess w a wet paper towel. It lasted a year on my kitchen floor and is less than 15.00 http://t.homedepot.com/p/10-Antique-White-8-fl-oz-Grout-Renew-GCL10HPT/100096585

Try Nikis Housekeeping. She has a fb page. Not sure if she does grout or not. Nicole Morgan is her name here on fb.
