Good luck getting a hold of France's lol. We used another "traveling" farm vet last week. His name is Dr. Etienne Palerme (819) 210-7210. Very professional and called back within 10 mins! Good luck ;)

I have heard of Francis... also have heard the same reports that shes a bit difficult to get ahold of... in my experience, some of the most helpful people are the busiest people too... i'll call Dr. Palerme as well.
