Robert Burney was right, you have a GFCI outlet that's is most likely tripped. Look at all your outside outlets, make sure not to miss any behind something. It is the outlets with the test & reset button on them. Find the one and simply push in the res et button. If it won't reset, it might be that the GFCI outlet is bad and can be replaced. Not an expensive procedure. If I can help, in box me and I can give you more detail. This happens a lot during Christmas with all the decorative light being plugged in outside. Good luck!
