I had the same exact issue with my Dell Inspiron 15. While running Windows 8 and then after downloading Windows 10 had the same issue including "critical process ran into an iss..etc" but after restarting it would go back to the home screen which at the time decided to try Avg Free Antivirus download and after install and running the free Pc Tune up trial it fixed whatever it was that was causing the system to crash.
