You can apply Texas women's health benefits not Medicaid through the health and human services. Its for women's health issues. You can also go to LBJ Hospital in Houston that is part of the Harris county health district. It takes all day there but they see you for everything. If you can provide a Harris county address you can get a gold card. Its similar to Medicaid but you have to live in Harris county and you have to use their clinics. Both of these options will work for you. If you do not have a Harris county address don't give them one at all and tell them that you stay with different friends.
