QUEST Home Services. Great pricing good work man ship. Ray 281-638-2879. I know he will work both ways. Works very closely with Realtors an specializes in Sale/rental make ready. He does most work HIMSELF some he contracts out like flooring bht he has great contacts and doesn't add to anyones price if he subs out. I've used him on siding, sheet rock, tile both in kitchen back splash and master shower and real epoxy garage floor! Great guy!
