I think Mr. Puss is emotional disturbed because of the new home and needs his time to feel home there. I don't think he has problems with his bladder. Feliway could help him to feel home. Otherwise contact a natural health professional for vets. Wish you and Mr. Puss all the best <3

I concur, get the Feliway (brand label) diffusers, and spray the affected floor with Nature's Miracle Advanced Formula Just for Cats. Put a litter pan on the spot he is going, with Dr. Elsey's Cat Attract, and take him to the vet for a check up. Sometimes new behaviors can be medically driven (i.e. parasites, UTI etc).
