Try this man he has fixed various appliances over the years. Cannot remember his name though.01621 740635. If its something you can do yourself we recently discovered a shop in chelmsford that sell cheap parts.

If its more than 5 years old, I'd just buy a new one. I took out a £5 month policy that covers repairs indefinitely, and gets you a new one if they can't fix it! Or try KS appliances from sandon, 01245 225472, they have good reports.
