Hi Nirvana, I am a Radiant Light Yoga instructor and also work at the Maleny Holistic Health Centre. There are 2 midwives setting up practice here and I am hoping to facilitate pregnancy yoga in the future as their client base grows. I do have beginners yoga which you are welcome to come along to. I can easily adapt the flow to be beneficial for you. If you would like to try a class, register on my website and come to class on Saturday 5 th April. It is $15.
