I loved Chez Cary - wonderful food and service - my ex and I took one of his customers and his wife for dinner. She was looking at her plate and I asked her about it - she replied 'these green beans cost 50 cents each!'. The one drawback of the lovely wing back chairs was that smokers (allowed back then) would turn their heads while smoking and leave burn holes in the sides............Still, one of the best restaurants ever !
