Mike Quinn, owns and runs Farmstay El Porton Verde. It is a B&B with swimming pool. He has an apartment unit that has a private bath, queen bed, kitchen and sitting area. He could probably put a bed in the sitting area and make it to suit your needs. It is in a very safe and nice farming neighborhood (we live four houses down the street).
