Katie Collier is Dancer's vet and I adore her! She stays current and is one of the most caring, compassionate people I know. She can explain things so that even I can understand. When I call her goddess of all thing equine, she has a really cute blush..... She works out of Grand Ledge, hopefully she travels that far. I can't recommend her highly enough! I used Vet Standard when I Lived in Saline. Nathan and Andy were interns. It is a great practice. i was always happy with them. I used them a few times after we moved, but they did charge extra for coming out this far. I might call and inquire about prices. How about Jackson area horse vets?

We use Dr. Zauel too. Highly recommend. Used to use Kern Rd vet out of Fowlerville but they are expensive. Dr. Romine is good but his practice isn't what it used to be. Lots of personal issues that are affecting his practice. Unfortunate.

LOVE the people at The Veterinary Standard PLLC. They have several vets (who are absolutely wonderful people), are prompt, are awesome with after hours/emergency issues, and someone is ALWAYS on-call, so super reliable.
