I highly recommend Angelwoods for B&B. Papa Gondolas in Ontario for Italian and El Campestre for Mexican also in Ontario.

Cabo Grande is excellent, too. Great food. They specialize in South American cuisine. If you go, try their lettuce wraps. Delicious!

Depends if you want authentic Mexican or Tex Mex. I think Uncle Julios or Mercado have a good selection of authentic.

Uncle Julio's is wonderful ~ if you want authentic Mexican, NOT Joe T's (bleh ) Esperanza's is always good, La Playa Maya, Al Asardero, Nuevo León (my choices)

If you're just interested in the cuisine, you can get a taste of all of the above countries at a place called "Golden Corral", and you don't even have to leave your own backyard! Well, not literally. You will actually have to leave your own backyard. Including that kick-ass fort you made out of packing peanuts.
