Thank you for the positive and negative recommendations. I'm going to add one myself. I remembered a guy that we used before and he was the only one of the 3 I called (him, Johnny's and Fishers) who told me some things to try first, looked up the erro r code, called me back, and otherwise spent time with me before just trying to get out here for a service call.
