I use Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning too. He does a great job!

I have also used BF Steam carpet cleaners in the past, they do an excellant job (Father & son team). The only reason i hesitate to recommend them is that they are not great on returning calls. But once they came out, they did do a very good job. BTW, Classic Servies also does heavy duty house cleaning, tile cleaning and duct cleaning.
