I'm at 203 near Dewdney and have been going to Pitt Meadows Wellness at Harris Rd near the Brick for a few years and love it. My daughters both go as well. It's a 3-5 min drive rather than head I to town- good luck!

Janet Tinney, exceptional physiotherapist has been dedicated to my health for years! Does not use a bunch of machines...just her hands and exercises.! Extremely educated and continues in life long learning ...I can't say enough good things . Her daughter Hannah Tinney is my massage therapist and Dr Cobi Slater is my naturopath. Call Essential Health for all three !

The physio at Harris and Lougheed is awesome!!!! Ridge meadows physio Dr. Hav..... i can't pronounce his last name.. goes by Case 604-460-7571. Dr. Garret who works out of there is also good. And the recep Lorraine..what a doll. I can't recommend this place enough.
