After being part of a Personal Injury Firm for the last 15 years I would recommend that you meet (interview) at least 3 different PI attorneys, majority of them have free consultations. Meeting with a few will give you a better idea of how each firm works and what services they have to offer and you can also get a feel of the attorney themselves and your connection when you meet, because believe me you do want someone that you can connect with especially for communication purposes. Good luck!!!! Remember Sooner the better

Bonnie L. replied:
Definitely get a lawyer. If you are unhappy with the neurologist that you went to, Dr. Fishel is my brain injury doctor and Dr Loahoprisit is my neurosurgeon. They are in Bellevue. Don’t settle and don’t close untill he is done being treated. I was hit by a girl who ran a red light three years ago and I am heading in to surgery on January 22. Multiple discs in my neck had ruptured, one is pushed through and my spinal cord is flattened. So,speaking from experience,Make sure you are able to get his medical taken care of. I will end up most likely having another surgery to C-4 and C-3 vertebrae down the road. Prayers for guidance and speedy healing.

Absolutely see an Attorney Curran & Curran in Downtown Kent. (253) 852-2345 My family and my parents have used them since they 70’s and we have always been pleasantly surprised and happy with the outcomes. I have used them to help me with a major car accident that was not my fault and for other personal issues and I was very pleased with the results. My parents have used them for business and personal and feel the same.
Kathie R. replied:
I can recommend Curran & Curran too. I used them quite awhile ago and was very impressed. I like them a lot. Don't use the big corp attorneys in downtown in the expensive high-rises.
My husband and I are looking to create a living trust. Any recommendations on local attorneys? Thanks and Happy Fourth!

The best advice is to interview a couple of excelled brokers. In the case of your home you need good representation. While you can find someone to buy your house on your own puting it on the market for the mass of the public to buy is the best offer situation for you. Being represented to make sure those are the best offers and choose 1, is in your best interest! Most buyers want to be represented by a professional as well, so often you might be eliminating potential multiple offers, which can increase you net. Most homes with an excellent broker sell for 102+% of market value while discounted brokers or For Sale by Owners have been selling for 89-95% of value. ❤

Jeremy Mellick is a superstar. He helped us in a bad market and I know he's gotten many in Maple Valley much more over asking price than expected in this market. IMHO, it's not about how much they cost, but what can they get you. If they get you 10% over ask, is it worth 6%?

Marilyn A. replied:
We have used Gary Schuetz in Renton for the sale/purchase of two homes. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He handles the whole thing and at that time, there was no charge for drawing up the paperwoork if you used his escrow. (This was still the case last year.). He is very easy to work with and very good at explaining the whole process. A very simple process. http://www.schuetzlaw.com
