We had quite the opposite experience with them. Claimed we needed a part we didnt need, charged us $140 to come tell us it would cost us an additional $280 to fix. Called Gregg Rodgers from Lynn. They cam and repaired unit for $160 total. Wasnt even the part that Marblehead appliance claimed was faulty. Beware!!!
