You may have to call around because most places are booked in the summer. It might be hard to find something on short notice. The Dog Lodge in Camillus worked out good for us.

Jessica Alison is awesome and great with large dogs! Mine are both bigger breeds but she has watched mastiffs and leonbergers which are a bit bigger and they're all so happy when they come home!!
