I've gone to https://www.facebook.com/111450198918643 Rags N Bags Tailoring-Drycleaners in Dewitt for years. It's a bit of a drive from Marcellus but they have altered many formal gowns and I've been happy every time! They're currently reconstructing my wedding gown and I trust them completely. The ladies there are so sweet and they have a quick turnaround, too.
