Big O is fine, people just complain about the wait time. The problem with in Maricopa is just the sheer volume of customers, and the limited shop selection. Big O's shop is good, the mechanics are good, and the prices are straight out of the alldata book, if not discounted. I'm mechanically inclined, and I work on my own vehicles...but when I don't have time to do it myself, I use Big O.

My aunt runs the service department at Henry Brown. Its right on the edge of Chandler and Gilbert. I bit of a drive but a completely trustworth department. Henry has been GM and Chevy for decades. He also has a Chevy dealership in Casa Grande, which is slightly closer. Also, I sent you a PM about Pampered Chef.
