I sell more Meritage homes than any other in Maricopa. When I have clients wanting a new home I take them to each builder and Meritage stands out the most. Feel free to pm me with any specific questions about the builders
Thinking of building a 30' x 48' pole barn on a cement slab. Recommendations for a builder? Would like to see an example of their finished work. Thanks.

I'm new to Maricopa and want to get a feel of possible future clientele in this area. In NJ, I was a kitchen/bath, designer/renovator. To do what I do, I need at least...

Robert, myself and my two sisters have bought homes in Maricopa in the last three years. Even though Maricopa homes are newer, it doesn't mean homeowners don't want to upgrade their homes. My sister had new floor tile installed in Feb. She was very unhappy with the installers who were unprofessional and sloppy. We spent hours helping her clean up after them. Knowing that someone takes pride in their work means a lot to a client! Welcome to Maricopa and wishing you great success!

Of course I will be licensed, there are 4 different licenses that I want to get. I believe it's in the best interest for any homeowner to hire someone that is licensed, bonded and insured. I am mainly trying to weigh out what licenses I should go for depending on the type of work people may have interest in. In NJ, I could be licensed for a 'General Contractor/residential' and it covered everything except moving plumbing lines, adding 220 lines and gas lines. I've done a good amount of research and mainly want to see if putting out so much money in licenses will be worth my effort. I don't and never had a 'crew' of guys. All of the work you see in my pics was completed by me. I am an extreme perfectionist and do everything according to codes/manufacturer guidelines and specs. I am probably the most honest and well respected contractors you will ever meet. My clients in NJ were upset to see me leave but, hopefully, change is good. i just don't want to stop doing what I love and what I have been given the knowledge and God-given talent to do. Feel free to check out my work and see comments from past clients on "The Renovation Guru"/Facebook. Terry Walker, since you were a Realtor, do you feel it's a good idea to get a portfolio of my work to various Real Estate offices in the area?...I mean I really don't care if jobs are small either....I can't always have the fun of designing! Also, Terry, I pm'd you, it may have gone into your 'other' folder...take care
