I have been going to Tempe Honda for years. (In fact was just there last Saturday trading in expired lease for a new one.) They never push me into something I don't want or need. Of course they offer things like maintenance packages, but when I decline, they never push. I have found them to be honest easy to work with. Sales guy Brent was just great. I told him what I wanted and all he asked me was what color and do you want to drive it first?
