Don't call at 545 pm. I was put on hold for 16 minutes and then was told to call back tommorrow because Service Department is closed. This happened yesterday. I've been dealing with customer service everyday for 1 week. Today I'm closing my account. Been with Qwest/Century link since 2009. I am done. Customer Service is terrible. #centurylinksucks
