Any pet boarding recommendations? We'd like to go away for the holidays and know that our cat is well taken care of...

Critter Sitters Inc of Georgia will come to your home so you don't need to disturb your cat's routine and stress them out. Insured, reputable, mature sitters will feed/clean/ play with your pet, and an added bonus someone is watching your house, watering plants and bringing in packages. 404-377-5475

Debbie Ray came to my house and watched my 2 dogs while we were on vacation last week. 8 days were VERY reasonably priced. She gives you the option to stay at your house or stop by to feed and walk. She was WONDERFUL. Upon arriving home, my dogs' attitudes were completely different than having stayed at a kennel. We have done both the vet boarding and the cageless kennels and both times, my dog came home with kennel cough. There was such comfort knowing that they were in the comfort of their home while I was away!! Her daytime# is 770-425-6267. She is great. Such a wonderful lady! I will definitely use her again!

Atl Pet Resort (mentioned above) is wonderful. 41 & Bells Ferry. Owners are great...my husband swears that the staff loves our dog more than he does!
Can anyone recommend a Dog Boarding place? Thanks.
Adriana O. replied:
I recommend Atlanta Pet Resort, phone (770) 421-9001, located at 1361 Bells Ferry Road - Marietta. They are excellent. The owners, Michelle and Craig, as well as all the staff, are extremely nice, and take really good care of your pet.

Bow Wags!! They are awesome.. 1691 Powder Springs RD Marietta, GA 30064 404-744-9247 They are fantastic!
Elizabeth M. replied:
We use https://www.facebook.com/146779785424083 BOW WAGS and love it. Shadow doesn't like just anyone and they post FB pics so we often 'see' him interacting with other dogs when he is away. Our daughter Natalie Miller also works there occasionally so she gets to see the behind the scenes as well - everything on the up and up.
I need a recommendation of a good, trusted kennel boarding facility in or near West Cobb, or a reasonably priced dog sitter. We have to go out of state (we are flying)...
Ashley K. replied:
Rande Fogelman, is a dog sitter. Or we use Best Little Dog House in Georgia for boarding. Its just off 285 at Atlanta road. They are awesome. They can accommodate pretty much any need. I have a unaltered boy and they evenbtake him, most places say no way!!

i am looking for a sitter too.. i have four special needs bassets. and a wild boston.. Rande and i are going to maybe get together later to see if she can do it. she is one i would trust.. just not sure if my house has too many issues. i also have Norton who has huge fear issues .. boarding is not an option for me but with my children and grandchildren no longer near me i must be able to travel some.. at times it will be for a long wk end and other times for over a wk.. it is so hard to leave them.. they depend on me so much. and Norton trust me.. i am in loganville so not close to anyone.
Snoozanne E. replied:
Rande Fogelman IS AN EXCELLENT DOG SITTER. SHE WILL EITHER STAY AT YOUR HOME OR "VISIT" HOW OFTEN AS YOU WISH. HER PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE AND YOUR FURBABY GETS ONE-ON-ONE CARE. RANDE HAS ACCESS TO THIS FB PAGE.
