I wouldn't go anywhere but Never Tap Tattoo in Harrisburg, Deke Rivers. Some dude fucked up my back and I went to Deke and now everyone loves it. Deke is completely clean, great environment, and greatest price around. The guy will do what he can for you!

Ok truthfully... I am damn good at what I do, Joe at iron anchor does good work. A few guys in carbonate do solid work, but Hector Cruz is a low life piece of shit. He is a disgrace to the tattoo industry. He spreads disease and I refuse to tattoo anyone he has worked on
