Tim Daly, $10 an hour is laughable for quality work. Please don't apply your situation, "cheaper is better", regardless of who suffers, ie the animals and the consumer when you can hire locals who actually give a s****, about the quality and standards of their work. Support your local peers, it might come back to you, in a possitive manner that is. Just sayin.
