I took my daughter to indulgence in marlborough (through alley way by lloyds bank) - Gillian was extremely professional and was extremely calming to my daughter. The price included the earrings which worked out the same as Claire's accessories without the earrings. So when you factor you have to travel a good distance to the nearest Claire's Indulgence was definitely the cheaper option - I had also heard a lot of after sales horror stories with Claire's but definitely not with Indulgence.
