Beware Mr. Appliance. There is a fee just to show up, which is not a one hour minimum. Literally the charge just to show up. I was charged another fee for the 10-minute repair that was needed.

Hudson Appliance does do repairs- a friend of ours works there. I'm sure they can make a house call or refer you to someone. I also know Brown Bros. Appliance in Northborough also does repair work and they have a good reputation as well. New England Appliance in Maynard might also be able to help you.
