Camp Evelyn was on M-28 between Wetmore and Shingleton. I used to go out there as a kid and explore the grounds. A lot of guys changed oil on an old ramp that extended out from a hill. It was on the north side of 28 and I believe the entrance to Hartho runs along the same intersection now.
