Alright so I go from having planet Pluto on my face to the whole flippin solar system :/ Anyone recommend any dermatologists around here?

Katie, I have a similar issue with hormonal acne. I changed my skin care regimen when I was 23 to include an essential oil blend (i'll include a link) along with a St. Ive's apricot scrub. It took a couple of weeks for the breakout to completely clear up, but I saw improvement right away. Some people don't like the scent (essential oils have strong smells), but I like it. The nice thing is you really don't need to use it all the time once the major breakout is cleared up. I find that if I feel a single pimple or small breakout I can dab just a drop on at night to stop it. It seems pricey for the amount you get, but you only using a drop or two at a time, so it really does last, and after I bought it the first time I started receiving periodic coupons via email for 25-40% off. Also, I never wore much make up, but now I use Bare Minerals as my skin and eyes are completely intolerant of anything else. Hope this is helpful! http://www.amoils.com/acne.html
