Theresa Beining - She was reasonably priced, easiest to work with, flexible with regard to meeting times, etc. we used her for top down design. We built a new custom house, so she was involved in color and style selection, design changes, and now interior furnishings. My wife and I have a hard time seeing the finished product until it's finished. She was very good at narrowing down selections to allow us to pick. 412-580-5000
