We used www.theglitterbugz.com when we had them for Zoe's 3 rd bday party. I think they were only $100 for a face painter and a glitter tattoo person. Depending on how many kids there are would depend on how long you would need them.

I'm not sure of the age of children you're having the party for but www.trickyperson.com does an awesome magic show, face painting, and balloon animals. It's a husband and wife team. I've seen them twice and they were terrific.
