Hervey Bay Regional Gallery holds monthly kids workshops in a wide variety of arts and crafts. They also hold additional classes during school holidays.

I know this is in Hervey Bay but we hold Childrens Art workshops once a month on a Saturday morning at Hervey Bay Regional Gallery each workshop is different Mudskippers is for 9 - 14 year olds there is Little Skippers but the age group is 5-8, next workshop is Saturday 24 th March, in School holidays they are held once a week, Cost is $10 annual membership and $11 per workshop or one off is $15

Look- up "Paint Pit" on Facebook search, it's run by Robbyn Gergos. Robbyn is an AMAZING local artist who shares her skills with both the young & the young-at-heart. She is also extremely well priced. You can sometimes catch Robbyn at the local galleries, out the front of the art supply shop on Adelaide St, etc, working hard on her next piece!
