My mare had a dropped hip, I used Tork Cowan for chiro, took her to specialist who gave her cortisone injections and did rehab exercises starting with 5-10 minutes of walking collected and backing up, then progressing to collected trot, trot poles, longer periods of time etc. all exercises doing straight lines, no circles. She never went back to being fully sound due to also having a tendon injury at the same time but improved heaps.
