I'm not a Realtor, but I advise them on tech and marketing. The most important feature is that the virtual tour either can be exported as video ( visualtour.com and others) or that it is, entirely, just video. Nothing indexes and holds attention like it . There are a dozen really good reasons why you shouldn't use a virtual tour platform over straight video. But if you're looking for features of platforms, video export is a must.
