We used both Pate and Rippe and prefer Pate Appliance.

We've used Ripped Brothers before. Do NOT use the Sears repair folks. Still fighting with them for loss reimbursement from when their repair guy fried our fridge in March by putting in the wrong parts.

Rippe, agree don't use the Sears repair... They come out, tell you what's wrong, ORDER the part to be delivered to your home. Then, reschedule for them to come out and repair. Major inconvenience and turns 1 repair trip into two, sometimes over a week can go by! Rippe came and repaired my fridge the same day. Very satisfied! The Rippe repair guys are easy to have around and all around great people.
