Oil Express on Kings Mills Rd in front of Kroger. I've been going there for 7 years. Last time I was in and out in 20 minutes. No appointment necessary.

I won't go back to Oil Express. They are cheap but you get what you pay for. They were checking off items that they were not actually completing, they were always pressuring me to get other pricey services (and nasty about it when I declined), and I suspect they broke one of my tire sensors. I've been much happier with Valvoline.
