Tattoo artists are going to be like real estate agents. Everyone has at least one they like and recommend/are friends with/are related to, but that may or may not be a match for you. A lot depends on what style you want, then look for an artist with a portfolio you love. I’m getting my 6 th tat on Thursday and this one and my last one I got down at White Whale studio in Clifton, my artist Emily has been my hands down favorite but that’s because we really click and I love her particular style. I would suggest maybe surf Instagram for some local artists work and see what styles you like then see if you can narrow it from there.

Body jewel in tricounty. Very professional and no fun. Sterile technique and privacy. Do not go to a place that uses a gun. It can shatter the earlobe and hurts much more to get done. Higher risk for infection. Pediatrician office is the other good choice or any dr like an ENT.
