I'm good mr just in the process off opening a new restaurant for the company I work for. lussmanns.com. As you can imagine full on with training new staff ect....but very exciting and proud to be past off it.... As for Gc I can't bloody wait!!!!

The one in San Fernando is mostly weights, is getting more cardio equipment but personally that gym wasn't for me. If you are happy to pay Holiday World prices €60 a month then I would say yes this is a fine gym from my own experience, but many people I know who also have gone there find the equipment old and often broken. There is a gym at the Costa Meloneras Hotel that is €70 a month or cheaper if you pay for 3 months and its got all new equipment, well air conditioned and you have use of the spa pools also and can attend any of the classes.

Hi Owen - thanks very much for the info. Holiday World is a bit expensive – but it does look pretty complete - and the air-con is a definate plus at the moment! I paid a year up front at my current gym – but the owners have been refusing to put on the air-con during the last two weeks of heat wave – so you can imagine how uncomfortable it’s been working out there!

Thew one I go to in cc Las Arenas is very good, they have an area just for the trainers to work with clients and the gym is BIG, never too overcrowded. They have their own trainers, 3 or 4 of them. Factoria Fitness http://www.factoriafitness.com/

Factoria Fitness is a good option, very nice staff and professional trainers. There is another good option- La Cornisa. Totally new equipment plus swimming pool with saunas and minispa area.

Reactiva T....besides EuroSpar in San Fernando...very nice place and have just joined forces with MonDance also.....so you can do combination of fitness and dance.....................Why not go along to the Workshop tomorrow at 2pm Robyn Byrne.......with Brian.....the instructor( Spks perfect English) and check it out.......they can give u all the info.............

1 - Football stadium as it's around 15 euros a month or so but just for training, no classes or pool unless you pay extra. 2 - Ozone Boutique is the best by far for equipment, classes and aqua facilities but around 60 euros a month unless you buy 6 months for 250 euros.
