There is one on Okaido just after the Lawson on the right side. There is a picture of the tooth against a green background. He opens till 9 pm and walk in are okay. Put the site through Google Translate. http://www.iroha-dental.com/

Thanks to the people that responded. I ended up going to Dr. Iroha in Okaido. Really nice guy.. he gave me a sugar free lollipop to help me stop crying. Highly recommended if anyone else needs to visit a dentist. The technology sure has changed since the last time I visited a dentist. Absolutely amazing.
