I think you're referring to Dr. Coppel. His prices are high. There's Dr. Cesar Gavito near Burger King in the Golden Zone that does awesome work at a reasonable price & speaks English. His number is 984-1850.

Dr. Cesar Gavito can put the crown and abutment onto the implanted post. He doesn't do "implants". Dr. Juan Lizarraga Gastelum is a specialist a block or so east of Dr Gavito (a block west of the Chrysler Jeep dealership on Raphael Buelna that looks like a huge palapa) that does oral surgery and implants. Try Jose Eugenio Gonzalez Constantino downtown across the street from the blue church, on Ocampo Street. Charges $500 pesos for cleaning and $600 pesos for filling. Professional services. Email him at kukenio@hotmail.com for appointments or information. Used Dr Paty also, but Dr Jose is much cheaper, and he doesn't have a 4 year old and a baby in the office to distract him. Dr Jose is very professional and well educated.

Gisela Barron for the root canals and a Periodontist Dr. Juan Lizarraga Gastelum for implant placement and a bone graft. My wife likes a lady doc so she goes to Dra. Lucy Pérez Aramburo who is a Dentist and Prosthodontist. All of them have been excellent.
