Mary, Premier is good for ingrown toenails, etc but totally missed my torn ligaments last year that I had to have surgery on.

My orthopedist is Dr. Dominique Nickson in McKinney. He is wonderful. Doesn't push surgery. I also had Achilles Heel issues this year and they are now healed thanks to him.
