Look no further - Duggins Mechanical are THE BEST. Don't even waste your time with the others. We have used them for 15 plus years. They are there when they say they will be there. All the technicians are polite and knowledgeable. They do not talk to you like you are an idiot if you don't know what they are talking about and their prices are great! Give them a call. 336-226-2164. I use them for my home and my business.

I called James Heating and cooling once. Set up an appointment for next day, and advised them i had NO heat and needed someone to come out ASAP. ( since i have small children and it was January) Next day we were hit with an ice/snow storm (2014). I wasn't surprised no one came the next day since roads were horrible, but was never contacted to reschedule or anything. Needless to say, they will never get another call from me. Oh and I only live 3 blocks from their office....
