It's not in the area...but if you want it done perfectly...go to DNA in Williamstown. Danny is the head artist. He is booked way in advance but well worth it. He did my fairy tat on my shoulder with a baby dragon. All free hand! Another option is Hocus Pocus..ask for Tracey Morse. She did a few on my son ....amazing!!
