I just had a great experience at Spoiled Rotten in Broomall. It was my Westies first time there and they gave him the exact cut I asked for. He gets to not be locked up before or after if I want, and got a goodie bag.

We take our dogs to https://www.facebook.com/487252961290349 Media Veterinary Hospital for their vet care and have them cut nails there. Both dogs are familiar with everyone there, so it's easier. Plus the puggle got kicked out of Petsmarts grooming because she's a diva. I guess my point it - if they aren't your vet, ask your own vet and see if they'll do it.
