Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton is good, but there is another place off Hwy 41 near GB that is excellent too....smaller with good food. I will check on it for you. We always stopped there when the taligating got too cold in Dec. Forgot the name.

I have heard good things about the Daroy Club too...but here are the two we have gone to and are good...The 2 places we have gone when it's cold is the Colonial House in Freedom and the Golden Corral in Green Bay off of hwy 172.
