For piercing I'd definitely recommend Piercing HQ, and Piercing Urge in Prahran. They're both places which are very on top of piercing safety and quality - I've gotten more technical stuff done at Piercing Urge with no dramas.

I've heard really good things about Piercing HQ in Collingwood for piercings. The women who run Little Rebel are very lovely so you could definitely check them out too.

I'm regional Vic, so can't offer any direct suggestions. However, I got my ears pierced in off ya tree. I don't imagine you'll have problems anywhere with that. If you're concerned about eyebrows, call ahead and check. Ultimately, most places will be happy to take your money to do what you ask.

I think you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere that would cause you problems. Both guys and girls get their ears and whatever else pierced.

I can't comment on whether any beauty-type services are offered at Little Rebel since they have relocated, but I can comment on what amazing people they are and I'm sure if you asked them, they'd be able to point you in the direction of someone trans-friendly re: eyebrow shaping. They do great cuts there too.
